On July 8, 2020, a delegation led by the Zhuzhou Municipal Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of China took a field trip to Xilai Gao!

On July 8, 2020, Wang Yingwei, Deputy Director of the China National Democratic Revolution Committee in Zhuzhou, and Long Haiyan, Chairperson of the Tianyuan District Disabled Persons' Federation in Zhuzhou, along with other members of the China National Democratic Revolution Committee, led a delegation to visit Xilai Gao. During the visit, they engaged in an in-depth exchange and discussion with Mr. Huang Guogang, Chairman of Xilai Gao, regarding Xilai Gao’s business philosophy and corporate culture, and also delivered remarks.
During the inspection, General Manager Huang provided a detailed introduction to Xilai Gao Company’s development history, industrial structure, and corporate culture philosophy.
After the delegation gained a thorough understanding of Xilai Gao, Director Wang and Chairman Long each delivered remarks. They expressed strong agreement with Xilai Gao’s mission—focusing on nutrition, dedicating itself to improving animal health and creating value—its vision—leading the livestock industry and serving healthy farming—and its values—achieving customer success, promoting positive development, acting with integrity and trustworthiness, and pursuing win-win cooperation. They also proposed that General Manager Huang be admitted as a member of the China National Democratic Revolution Committee, a proposal that was unanimously approved by all members of the inspection team.
This inspection and exchange trip is smoothly coming to an end. The inspection team took a warm group photo with General Manager Huang in front of Xilai Gao Company.
