The first-quarter meeting of Holland Xilai Gao for 2012 was successfully held from April 7 to 9, 2012, at the Mingcheng International Hotel in Changsha. First, all newly hired employees gave brief self-introductions. Then, General Manager Huang summarized the sales performance of the first quarter and outlined the goals and tasks for the second quarter of 2012, as well as the promotion strategies for different markets and the specific approaches that should be adopted for various company products. Following that, sales managers from each provincial region analyzed their respective market conditions and sales performance, along with the promotional plans they would implement in the future and the targets they aimed to achieve. During the meeting, the company’s Chief Technology Officer, Tang Yibin, provided comprehensive training and in-depth explanations on the key features of the company’s products, as well as detailed guidance on market strategy positioning. This helped all employees gain a deeper understanding of product characteristics and enabled them to adjust their market positioning and strategies accordingly. For the new employees, this was their first time truly experiencing the positive, upward-looking, and closely-knit atmosphere within Xilai Gao.
