China Division gathered in the beautiful city of Guangzhou to hold their 2015 quarterly summary meeting. First, Mr. Huang Guogang, the China Division General Manager who had just returned from the Netherlands, presented the company’s development plan, market strategy, and talent-development strategy. Although the industry faced a challenging situation in the first half of 2015, thanks to the concerted efforts of all employees, the company achieved certain accomplishments and made significant progress. At the same time, the company’s team continued to expand and make substantial strides forward. In light of this, General Manager Huang took “strengthening the core team and securing victory in the third quarter” as his guiding principle, strategically repositioning the company’s presence across the national market and providing clear guidance for building the core team, thereby setting precise goals and charting a clear course for the third-quarter work. All employees highly endorsed General Manager Huang’s vision and resolved to seize the third quarter and surpass the achievements of 2015.

During the meeting, technical managers Li Bingzhi, Yang Shiren, and Gu Xiaolong gave presentations and training on products such as Naijiawang, Viswan, and Anbaidu, enabling each team member to better grasp product knowledge and facilitating market development.

Finally, the meeting praised the Guangdong, Jiangsu, Henan, and Jiangxi markets for their outstanding sales performance.

The conference concluded successfully amid a fierce storm. All employees of Hui Lai Gao Animal Health in the Netherlands will continue to serve China’s pig farming industry with full enthusiasm, profound knowledge, and superb skills—sharing both joys and hardships and jointly writing the future.
