From October 12th to 14th, the Xilai Gao 2020 Partner Strategy Conference, themed “Innovation, Empowerment, Development, and Win-Win,” was grandly held in Chongqing. Huang Guogang, Chairman of Hunan Xilai Gao Animal Health Products Co., Ltd., Hu Chunchan, Deputy General Manager, and Yang Jianxiong, Technical Director, along with their teams, gathered with over 180 breeding elites and partners from across the country in the "Mountain City" to discuss the general trends in livestock development and seek breakthrough solutions under special industry conditions! In his report, Yang Jianxiong, Technical Director of Xilai Gao Animal Health, pointed out that China’s pig industry faces a complex animal disease control situation characterized by “new diseases emerging constantly and old diseases reappearing.” Coupled with the ongoing impact of African swine fever, farm economic benefits are severely threatened. Meanwhile, many farms, due to inadequate farming environments and management practices, have long-term sub-health and diseased animal populations. Through continuous practice and repeated research, Xilai Gao discovered that the key reason behind animals’ prolonged sub-health condition is the accumulation of toxins and stress! To ensure animal health, we must take action on two fronts: internally, increase the concentration of disease-resistant nutrients within the body, enabling it to quickly repair damaged tissues and cells and fend off external threats; externally, reduce the concentration of external pathogenic factors, especially toxins. Yang Jianxiong, Technical Director of Xilai Gao In his sharing session, Hu Chunchan, Deputy General Manager of Xilai Gao, provided a detailed analysis of the report titled “The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Animal Husbandry” presented by Su Minqiang, founder of Susi Xian Nong Ben Cao. He examined the report from multiple angles and comprehensively analyzed topics such as the traditional Chinese medicine concept of treating diseases before they occur, the three key aspects of Chinese herbal preparations (raw materials, processes, and formulas), and their application in the prevention and treatment of livestock and poultry. Hu Chunchan noted that since China issued its “antibiotic ban,” many companies have been developing reduced-antibiotic and antibiotic-free products. Currently, it appears that Chinese veterinary medicines represent the most mature and promising alternative for replacing antibiotics! In fact, traditional Chinese medicine treatments should be regarded as defensive measures, primarily focused on prevention. We must always stay ahead, take proactive steps, and seize the initiative in defense rather than resorting to passive treatment. Hu Chunchan, Deputy General Manager of Xilai Gao Under the dual impact of African swine fever and COVID-19, the competitive landscape of the agricultural and animal husbandry industry has undergone tremendous changes, and industry oligarchs are rapidly emerging. Looking at today’s agricultural and animal husbandry sector, three major characteristics define this new era: increasingly high industry concentration, further promotion of green and healthy farming, and the rise of systemic and combined competition as mainstream trends. This dramatic industry transformation has also intensified competition. Huang Guogang, Chairman of Xilai Gao Animal Health, highlighted these points in his sharing. Huang Guogang, Chairman of Xilai Gao In this special industry environment, internet marketing and livestreaming sales have become widespread, and the virtual economy, influencer economy, and digital economy continue to influence consumers. Huang Guogang emphasized: In the age of the Internet of Everything, how we build an organization and platform that fosters positive trust, interaction, and connectivity with customers is the key to achieving breakthroughs and stable growth. To establish trusting relationships with more partners and form symbiotic organizational links, we must create a learning-oriented, mutually supportive, and interconnected community organization, enhance and promote the community’s ability to operate autonomously, and fully leverage internet technologies and marketing tools to make products, customers, and operations digitally intelligent! Under the dual impact of African swine fever and COVID-19, the competitive landscape of the agricultural and animal husbandry industry has undergone tremendous changes, and industry oligarchs are rapidly emerging. Looking at today’s agricultural and animal husbandry sector, three key features characterize this new era: increasingly high industry concentration, further promotion of green and healthy farming practices, and the growing dominance of systemic competition and portfolio-based competition. This major transformation in the industry is also making competition even fiercer, as Huang Guogang, Chairman of Xilai Gao Animal Health, pointed out in his sharing.
